Sitting practice can be an intensely heartfelt and elegant expression of non-judgement and a powerful way to hear ourselves. The less we judge, the more we can listen. By dropping our familiar demands, we can hear ourselves with appreciation and care, just as we would a good friend. Shambhala Buddhist teacher, Jeff Wigman, will discuss how judgement creeps into our meditation, and how we can give ourselves a well-deserved break by truly listening.
