Troy Shambhala in January

Happy New Year Troy Shambhala!

We wish you a good one and hope to see you soon! And no need to bring your resolutions; just bring yourself and see what happens. Sitting each Tuesday in January is from 6:30-7:30 PM, as usual. And do join us for the following extras after sitting:

Jan 3: Group dinner in downtown Troy – For real! (Shambhala is basically a lot like having pizza together.)
—————————————

Jan 10: Snack Salon – Feel free to bring something to share! Food, Conversation, and Meditation is the Sakyong’s prescription. We can do all of that in one shot!
—————————————

Jan 17: Audio or Video teaching from the Shambhala Buddhist tradition
—————————————

Jan 24: The Shambhala Path – An evening of practice and discussion with Shastri Ellen Rook – Join us for a meditation refresher and discussion of the path of practice and study. Shastri Rook will guide us through the mindfulness meditation practice and describe its role in the Shambhala teachings. If you’ve suspected that there is more to this tradition than meets the eye, come hear about the vast vision of Shambhala.
Please please register so we know to expect you: http://troy.shambhala.org/calendar-details/?id=298263
