Troy Shambhala in April

Dear Troy Shambhala,

April showers bring Meditation in Everyday Life, a four week course starting April 20. Dig into the practice of sitting meditation with this in depth look. Newcomers very welcome! See details below. Regular sitting each Tuesday in April is from 6:30-7:30 PM, as usual. And do join us for the following extras after sitting:

April 4: Parinirvana Day: Celebrating Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche – This will replace our usual sitting. We invite you all to observe the 30th anniversary of the parinirvana of the Vidyadhara, Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche by practicing the Sadhana of Mahamudra. The sadhana is one of the first practices that the Vidyadhara encouraged his students to do when he taught in the West. Afterward we plan to have a group dinner in downtown Troy (optional).
