Troy Shambhala in April

Dear Troy Shambhala,

April sneaked in there without much fanfare. The seasons are progressing, even if the outward signs are subtle. Let’s observe further. Regular sitting each Tuesday in April is from 6:30-7:30 PM as usual. And do join us for the following extras after sitting:

April 5Parinirvana Day: Celebrating Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche – This will replace our usual sitting. We invite you all to observe the 31st anniversary of the parinirvana of the Vidyadhara, Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche by practicing the Sadhana of Mahamudra. The sadhana is one of the first practices that the Vidyadhara encouraged his students to do when he began teaching in the West. Afterward the sadhana, we plan to have a group dinner in downtown Troy (optional).
