Troy Shambhala in June

Dear Troy Shambhala,

Everything about June invites us to wake up. Days are longer, colors brighter, birds louder—like really loud sometimes. Come sit and wake up. Sitting each Thursday in June is from 6:30-7:30 PM, as usual. And do join us for the following extras after sitting:

June 7: Group dinner in downtown Troy – For real!

———————————————————–

June 14: Snack Salon – Feel free to bring something to share! Food, Conversation, and Meditation is the Sakyong’s prescription. We can do all of that in one shot!

———————————————————–

June 21: Audio or Video teaching from the Shambhala Buddhist tradition

———————————————————–

June 28: Group Book Reading – The Lost Art of Good Conversation: A Mindful Way to Connect with Others and Enrich Everyday Life By Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche.
