This is a reminder and link for our Thursday online Zoom group.
We’ll begin sitting Thursday at 6:30 PM.
Meditation Instruction will begin at 6:00 PM, so please log in by 5:55 if you wish to hear the meditation instructions.
Sessions include a period of sitting, and part of the hour is devoted to a contemplative meditation practice and discussion.
This spring, we’ll introduce the subject of our next group study, Pema Chodron’s Learn to Meditate.
