Join us for a meditation refresher and a discussion of the path of practice and study. Shastri Rook will guide us through the mindfulness meditation practice and describe its role in the Shambhala teachings. If you’ve suspected that there is more to this tradition than meets the eye, come hear about the vast vision of Shambhala.
There is no fee for this evening. If you are inspired, a donation of any amount would be greatly appreciated.
