“The Way of Shambhala” Practice and Study Path notes:
1. All three Basic Goodness courses are open to everyone, not necessarily in order.
2. Meditation, Contentment, and Joy in Everyday Life are also open to everyone, although Contentment is recommended preparation for Joy.
3. Students may start the Sacred Path series anytime after completing Shambhala Training Levels I–V and the Everyday Life series.
4. The Rigden weekend retreat and the Basic Goodness series are not required at this point, but are strongly recommended.
